As one of the founding team members, Paul has gathered extensive experience across a multitude of project scales and industry sectors over a decade long tenure. His skill set is developed in concept design, documentation management, contract administration, employee mentorship, and business development.


Project experience has seen Paul working on landscape throughout Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Multi-residential high-rise, rooftop gardens and recreation, parkland, broadacre residential, institutional, industrial, and golf course landscape have been his core focus. In particular, Paul enjoys working on international projects and developing cross-cultural relationships. He also has a keen interest in greening cities facing increasing urbanisation.

Andrew Battye

Senior Landscape Architect

Andrew has gathered a diverse range of skills from over 14 years of experience in the industry. Learning on the job and studying simultaneously has afforded him great insight into the link between theoretical and practical application of design. His experiences granted early exposure to a wide range of projects from luxury residences and resorts to international masterplans.


Recently he has been involved in delivering projects all across mainland China. In this role he lead the design and masterplanning of many projects ranging in size from large scale residential sites, high density high rise developments and expansive parklands. Delivering on client expectations and coordinating the finer details with local professionals in very limited time frames has enabled him to deliver projects quickly and efficiently.


Collaboration is of particular importance to Andrew ensuring that all projects have a clear and concise direction that is the fusion of ideas from designers of varied disciplines and experience levels. Andrew finds particular satisfaction in mentoring aspiring designers and helping them to explore the array of technology available to foster individual styles and methodologies.

Over the past 10 years Yan has had many experiences working on landscape and urban design projects, both in Australia and Asia. As a Senior Project Landscape Architect, Yan carries out documentation and project management for each of the delivery stages of a project.


Yan’s focus in his landscape design practice are to create great places for the community to share and enjoy. These places should be sustainable.


Yan’s creative skills in hand drawing and 3D design provides the Form team with a useful tool in concept development and design communication. Yan has also initiated and developed CAD systems in the office to ensure projects are easily coordinated with other consultants and clearly communicated during the construction documentation phase. In addition, Yan provides a valuable Chinese interpretation service for many of our clients.

Patricia also received a Department of Landscape Architecture Award for Promotion of Discipline from her university.

Leanne is responsible for developing and communicating a cohesive language for our brand across website, social, print and advertising media. Leanne is a key member of our graphics team, producing high quality presentation packages and working alongside our Senior Graphic Design Manager to ensure our graphic techniques are continually evolving.

She has been involved in a number of projects including residential apartments, townhouses, private residential and sales offices and displays. Her eye for detail and keen interest in graphics ensures presentation packages are delivered at a high standard.

Linda graduated with Second Class Honours in Interior Design, completing minors in Visual Arts and Graphic Design to compliment her degree. In her final year of university studies, she received QUT’s School of Design Award for Outstanding Achievement in Design Process and Presentation. Her understanding of connecting context, concept and content and high attention to detail allows projects to be delivered at an exceptional standard.


Linda also has an interest in landscape and travel photography. She began photographing fashion shoots and corporate events but it wasn’t until she travelled overseas that she discovered her underlying passion for landscape and travel photography.

Olivia joined our team in 2017 as our administrative manager and graphics assistant. Having completed her first year as a landscape architecture student, she is learning the ins and outs of what it’s like to work in the industry.

With previous administration experience she keeps the office running smoothly, assisting the team with various administrative tasks.

With a strong interest in design visualisation, Olivia is beginning to assist the graphics team to provide presentation packages. Developing skills from her first year of study, she is eager to learn from experienced graphic designers and grow as a professional.

After initially pursuing a career in the military, Olivia realised her passion for landscape and transitioned to design. Having grown up in rural West Queensland, she has always had a strong appreciation of the land. This passion has inspired her to discover the endless possibilities landscape architecture has to offer.

Olivia also has a keen interest in art, especially painting. Her downtime is often spent in front of a sketch pad or canvas, a hobby she lost sight of from childhood, she is rediscovering her creativity and its relaxing qualities.
