Spacious open plan apartment interiors flow onto covered balconies which connect to Atmosphere’s parkland environment.
At Atmosphere, the balance of attractive residences and an equally attractive parkland recreation space was a key objective. Large trees retained to immediately soften the built form whilst creating a positive visual blending into the surrounding leafy environment. The Communal Facilities are located within the centre of the development. The open space will feature a lap pool and associated elements. Covered BBQ facilities with open timber decking will create a generous entertaining space. Lawn areas with seating nooks will provide alternative spaces and recreational facilities for residents and guests. Large swathes of open lawn flanked by dense tropical inspired gardens will provide a calming back drop the built form of the development.
The landscape and the built form will blend through the integration of large podium planters in building voids to enable vegetation to grow within the building walkways allowing for a seamless transition. Large roof gardens will provide further integration of the landscape into the building facade whilst providing private open space for the upper units of the development.
