Located amidst the foothills of the Taiwan Central Mountain Ranges in the township of Puh-Lih, Taiwan, the Pu-Li Resort and Adventure Park explores a new direction in the design and development of resorts and theme parks.
Form Landscape Architects were engaged to work in collaboration with the Urban Designer and Architect for the project to prepare a Landscape Master Plan for the proposal. The proposal consists of a world class adventure park with a focus on healthy active interaction and recreation.
The park will combine world class water play, sonic playgrounds, rope and rock climbs, sculptural parks, mazes, aviaries and various adventure slides. Positioned around the adventure park are a variety of hotels ranging from 5 star villas to a 3 star family resort.
Varied forms of water elements and native vegetation have been designed into the project as a means of blending into the site’s topography and location. These elements aim to address and promote sustainability and water sensitive urban design as key components of the design
